PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENT POLICY

To secure your booking we require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total booking cost. If you are booking within 4 weeks of departure, then full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer, by most major credit cards or by our online secure booking system. If for any reason we do not accept your booking, your deposit will be returned.

Full payment of the booking charge is required upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your booking at any time, according to our villas cancellation policy, by sending us a message to info@olivegrovesuites.gr.

You shall receive the appropriate amount of refund, regardless of your reasons for canceling, depending on the date of your cancellation. The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive your written notification.

The required time to complete the transaction may vary depending on your bank.

NAME, SURNAME, ΙΒΑΝ, SWIFT CODE / BIC, NAME OF VILLA, DATES OF RESERVATION, THE REASON OF CANCELLATION (OPTIONAL)
